My US measurements are 38 bust, 32 waist and 40 hips. I ordered a Large. It fits snugly but is comfortable; Medium would have been too tight. I opened the package at 3 a.m., tried it on and accidentally fell asleep on the sofa in it until 10. That says a lot about how comfortable it is.
