Data and purposes

We may process details supplied during checkout and support, including name, contact details, tax identifier, address, message content and order data. We also receive essential technical information such as language, browser, security logs and IP address.

We use this information to operate the store, process payments and orders, deliver products, provide support, prevent fraud, meet obligations and improve the experience.

Account and Google sign-in

When you choose Google sign-in, Google confirms your identity and shares your name, email address, email-verification status and, where available, profile picture. We do not receive your Google password.

We retain the account identifier, session and technical authorization data needed to provide sign-in; OAuth tokens received are stored in encrypted form. You can sign out at any time and submit a privacy-rights request through our support channel.

Payments and delivery

Full card details and security codes are handled by payment providers and are not stored by New Express. To prepare and deliver an order, we share only necessary data with suppliers, sourcing platforms, carriers and service providers, including overseas recipients for international fulfilment.

AI shopping assistant

When you use the assistant, recent messages and necessary catalogue context are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. New Express does not save the conversation in its database and requests that the provider not store the API response as conversation history. Do not send passwords, card details or full identity documents in chat.

AI virtual try-on

This optional feature processes a photo only after you consent at upload. The photo and product reference are sent to OpenAI to create the simulation. New Express does not save the uploaded or generated image in its database or storage; the result is returned to your browser for viewing and download.

We retain image-free technical metadata only — operation identifier, product, language, status, timestamps and any error code — for security, usage limits and service diagnostics.

Cookies, local storage and retention

We use essential cookies for language, customer and administrative sessions, and security. Your cart may be kept in browser local storage. Order and compliance records are kept as needed for operations, legal claims and required periods; technical records are kept for a proportionate security and diagnostic period.

Providers and international processing

We use necessary hosting, database, payment, support, shipping, security and AI providers. We limit sharing to the service purpose and use proportionate contractual and technical safeguards for international processing.

Privacy requests

You may request access, correction or exercise other applicable rights through our support email. We may need to verify your identity first.
