New Express presents products sold directly, fulfilled by suppliers and offered by affiliate partners. Information, prices, options and availability may change. A direct order is confirmed only after its details and payment are validated.

Direct sales and affiliate links

Products sold by New Express are checked out and paid for in the store. A page marked as a partnership sends you to an external website, where the purchase contract, payment and order support are provided by that partner. New Express may earn a commission from qualifying purchases without adding a charge to your click.

Information and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and use the store lawfully. Attempts to bypass security, automate abusive use, use AI features for prohibited content or disrupt the website are not permitted.

Artificial intelligence features

The assistant offers shopping guidance from available context but cannot complete payments and does not replace checking the product and checkout details. Virtual try-on is a visual simulation and does not guarantee fit, scale, screen colour or physical sizing; use the product's measurements and size guide.

Content and intellectual property

New Express's original text, identity, interfaces and materials are protected under applicable law. Third-party brands and images remain the property of their owners and are used under the relevant permission or commercial relationship.

Changes and mandatory rights

We may update these terms when the service changes. The published version shows its update date. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer guarantees or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
