My measurements for united states are- 38 bust...32 waist...40 hips. I got the large.
The fit is snug,, but not uncomfortable. The medium would have been too tight.
I opened this dress's package at 3 AM, tried it on, and accidentally fell asleep in the dress til 10 AM on the sofa. That says alot about its comfort to me.
