Terms of use and sale
These terms govern access to New Express, use of its features and purchases made directly from the store. Please read them before creating an account or placing an order.

1. Acceptance, operator and scope
By browsing, creating an account or shopping, you agree to these terms and the policies presented on the site. The operator identified at the end of this page runs New Express and is the seller where checkout identifies a direct store sale.
Some products or features may have specific conditions shown before use or purchase. If they conflict, the specific condition governs that feature without limiting mandatory consumer rights. If you do not agree, do not use restricted features or place an order.
2. What New Express provides
New Express is a curated store. We review catalogues and commercial opportunities to bring together products offering a relevant combination of apparent quality, available ratings, supplier reputation, price, availability and usefulness. Our aim is to reduce search time and help you make a more economical, informed purchase.
We may sell directly, use a supplier to dispatch a store order, or present an affiliate offer from an external partner. The applicable model should be stated on the page and within the purchase journey.
3. How product and price selection works
Phrases such as “selected”, “highly rated”, “best choice” or “best price” describe our editorial and commercial assessment among the sources reviewed at that time. Depending on available data, we consider review score and volume, supplier history and reliability, features, availability, item price, shipping and possible total cost.
The internet changes continuously and we do not examine every seller, country or offer. Curation therefore cannot guarantee that a product is best for everyone or that a price is the lowest in the entire market at all times. Prices, ratings, stock, coupons, exchange rates and delivery charges can change, so check the final information before paying.
4. Direct sales, supplier fulfilment and affiliate offers
For a direct sale, the order and payment are completed on New Express and the seller named at checkout is responsible for the purchase. The operator, an external supplier or a sourcing platform may dispatch the product. Direct fulfilment does not transfer the seller's obligations to that supplier.
For an offer clearly identified as affiliate or partner content, the button opens an external website. That partner provides the contract, charge, delivery, warranty, return and order support under its own terms. New Express may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase, normally at no extra cost to you; the commercial relationship may influence which offers we can make available.
5. Eligibility, accounts and security
You must have legal capacity to contract in your country or act with a responsible adult's authorisation and supervision. Provide truthful information, keep it current, and protect the device and method used to sign in. Google sign-in does not disclose your Google password to New Express.
Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. We may limit or suspend an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, security risk or breach of these terms, while preserving access to information or remedies the law requires.
6. Product information, images and reviews
We aim to present descriptions, materials, measurements, compatibility, origin and images clearly. Minor differences in colour, packaging or finish may result from screens, batches or manufacturer updates, but they do not justify a material departure from the offer. Review measurements, variants and notices before choosing.
Ratings and comments may have been collected from a supplier or marketplace and translated for accessibility. Their source should be identified, and an external review is not a verified New Express purchase. We do not deliberately alter an opinion's meaning, although automated translation or third-party data can contain errors that you may report to us.
7. Prices, comparisons, currencies, taxes and promotions
The price, currency, shipping, discounts and calculable taxes are shown before confirmation. A crossed-out or comparison price may be a previous store price, supplier reference, list price or another identified basis; it does not necessarily mean the lowest market price. Coupons and campaigns are subject to their advertised dates, stock, eligible audience and conditions.
Currency conversions may be estimates, and your payment issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fee. Destination duties and official charges are shown when they can be calculated in advance. If there is an obvious price or essential-information error, we will contact you before dispatch to offer correction or cancellation with a full refund, without limiting statutory rights.
8. Order formation and payment
Putting an item in the basket does not reserve stock. By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase. A receipt screen or message only confirms that the request arrived; a direct sale is accepted after payment, stock and essential details are validated and a confirmed status is displayed or sent.
We may request reasonable verification, decline or cancel an order for unauthorised payment, suspected fraud, legal restriction, inability to deliver, lack of stock or material error. If funds were captured and the sale cannot be fulfilled, we will arrange a refund through the applicable method. Posting time also depends on the financial provider.
If you do not recognise a charge or there is a payment problem, contact us so we can investigate promptly. This does not limit your right to contact PayPal, your card issuer, bank or a legal channel. When responding to a dispute, we may give the provider relevant records of acceptance, payment, address, tracking, delivery and support, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Delivery, imports and split parcels
Delivery times are estimates based on the item, destination, processing, supplier and carrier. Items from one order may leave different locations and arrive in separate parcels. You are responsible for checking and keeping the recipient name, phone number, required tax identifier and delivery address accurate.
Customs checks, weather, industrial action, logistics restrictions or another event beyond reasonable control may change an estimate. This does not remove mandatory remedies for delay or non-delivery. Read the Shipping Policy and contact us for help with a direct purchase.
10. Cancellations, withdrawal, returns and warranties
Direct purchases are governed by our Returns and Exchanges Policy and every mandatory guarantee in the consumer's country. This includes any cooling-off period, conformity guarantee, remedy for defects, misleading description or failure to honour an offer that applicable law provides.
No store text reduces a period or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. We may reasonably request images, packaging, the order number or return of the item to verify an issue without creating improper barriers. A purchase completed on an affiliate partner's website must be handled with that partner, without prejudice to the rights you hold against it.
11. AI assistant and virtual try-on
The assistant organises information and suggests products from available context, but it may be wrong, does not provide professional advice and cannot complete payments. Check the product page, basket and checkout before deciding.
Virtual try-on creates an illustrative representation. It cannot guarantee fit, proportion, texture, screen colour or physical sizing. Use the product measurements and guide. Uploading a photo is optional, requires consent and is governed by the Privacy Policy.
12. Permitted use and prohibited conduct
You may use the store for lawful personal and business purposes consistent with the service. You must not commit payment or promotion fraud, use a false identity, infringe third-party rights, submit malicious code, extract data abusively, overload the service, bypass access or security controls, resell access to features, or use AI for illegal or harmful content.
We may investigate suspicious activity and take a proportionate step such as blocking a request, limiting a feature or suspending an account. Where possible and appropriate, we will provide a reason and route to contest the action. We may also cooperate with authorities under a valid legal duty.
13. Intellectual property and use of content
The New Express brand, interface design, original text, code and store-produced materials are protected by applicable law. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the site for its intended purpose.
Third-party marks, images, descriptions and opinions remain their owners' property and may be displayed under licence, supply, affiliation or another valid basis. You may not copy, remove notices, republish or exploit protected material beyond a legal exception or express permission.
14. Availability, third parties and service changes
We may correct content, update features, replace providers or interrupt parts of the service for security, maintenance, legal requirements or commercial development. We aim to preserve confirmed orders and notify you where a change materially affects an ongoing obligation.
Links, authentication, payments, carriers and AI features depend on third-party services, whose availability may temporarily affect a function. For direct sales, this dependence does not remove seller responsibility imposed by law; activity on an external site is governed by that partner's documents.
15. Liability and rights that cannot be excluded
We provide the service with reasonable care and remain responsible for duties imposed by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or a mandatory consumer guarantee or right.
To the extent permitted, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by use contrary to instructions, inaccurate information supplied by the user, the independent act of an external partner, or an unavoidable event outside reasonable control. Any limitation is interpreted proportionately and does not apply where local law provides a more favourable remedy.
16. Applicable law, disputes and languages
Please contact support first so we can seek a simple, documented solution. You may also use consumer bodies, public dispute platforms, a competent regulator or the courts. Governing law and venue follow the rules applicable to the operation and your consumer relationship; these terms do not require you to waive a competent local court or mandatory protection available where you live.
All six language versions were drafted to communicate equivalent conditions naturally. No version takes priority to remove a mandatory right. If one clause is invalid, the remaining clauses continue to the extent permitted.
17. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the service, commercial practices or law. The date at the top identifies the current version. Changes will not be applied retrospectively to reduce rights already attached to confirmed orders unless the law requires it.
If a change materially affects an account or continuing feature, we may highlight it on the site or provide another suitable notice. Continued use after its effective date indicates agreement only to the extent allowed by law; where fresh consent is required, we will request it.
